Spring Check In

Well hello there! I always tell myself on Fridays that I will make time to post over the weekend, or get these grand ideas on the 1st of the month to blog everyday for the entire month... Needless to say, it has been quite a while since my last post. There is not too much going on these days. Working full time at my day job, and squeezing in as much studio time as I can each night when I get home seems to be my routine. My computer time has been reduced greatly. There was a time when I would try to keep about a dozen sites updated. I had profiles everywhere. Times have changed. You can find me mainly on my Facebook Fan page, Twitter, and of course my Etsy shop. I jumped on the Pinterest bandwagon, but I just don't have the time to hangout. (But it so much fun!)

The picture above is my newest mirror frame. My focus is mainly larger sized pieces these days. I am concentrating on keeping a steady inventory in the gallery I am showing at, Center Framing & Art in West Hartford, CT. My Etsy shop does have some new goodies listed too. So be sure to check in! I have also listed a bunch of things in a 'Discounted ART' section. Mosaic Shrines

Introducing one of my summer projects ~ Mosaic shrines. Lovingly and carefully crafted in handmade tin nichos straight from Mexico.


These little creations started as a daydream floating through my head one day while sitting at my desk at my 9 to 5. I was inspired enough to grab paper from my printer and sketch out some ideas. It took me a while to find the perfect pieces to bring it all to life, but I did, and I am thrilled with the way they turned out.

I'm Baaaack!!!!!!

After a much needed break, and a busy time at my day job, I am finally back on track and creating again. My etsy shop has been closed since the beginning of June. I should be putting up some brand new listings soon. Also, I will be offering my larger mirrors & artwork via my new website.
